二、申请条件 Application Requirement

1. 国籍、健康状况

Nationality& Health Condition

外国籍公民，持有外国护照，身体健康。

Foreign citizens, have foreign passport, in good physical and mental health.

2. 年龄、学术背景

Age& Academic background

硕士研究生申请者年龄须在40周岁以下 , 持有本科学位学历证书。

Applicants who apply for the master's degree must be under 40 years old       and have the valid bachelor's degree certificate.

博士研究生申请者年龄须在45周岁以下，持有硕士学位学历证书。

Applicants who apply for the Ph.D. degree must be under 45 years old and     have the valid master's degree certificate.

注：部分优秀学生年龄可适当放宽。

Notice: The age of some outstanding applicants can be enlarged                     appropriately.

3. 申请人应有较强的科学研究水平

Applicants should have strong capacity in scientific research.

4. 语言要求 Language requirements

汉语水平需要在HSK四级或以上；HSKK证书（中级及以上）。

HSK level ≥4 or HSKK certificate (Intermediate or above)

三、申请专业 Major

请登录长春中医药大学国际教育学院网站下载长春中医药大学2023年硕士、博士招生专业目录。

四、申请材料 Application Documents

申请人须在长春中医药大学国际学生在线服务系统（https://ccucm.17gz.org/member/login.do）报名并提交以下申请材料：

Applicants should complete and submit the following documents in the online application system:

1. 入学申请表（网上填写后自动生成）https://ccucm.17gz.org/member/login.do

Application form (auto-generated after the online registration)

2. 《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存）

鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定体检时间并携带原件到校报到

A copy of physical examination form (the original shall be kept by yourself).   Since the examination result is valid for 6 months, please determine the time for the examination according to it. Please bring the original to the school

3. 最高学历证明

（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文译本，应届毕业生须提交预毕业证明，被录取后需补交最高学历复印件）

Highest school diploma (in Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English,   Fresh graduates must submit the pre-graduation certificate and a copy of the highest diploma)

4. 成绩单（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文译本）

Academic transcripts (in Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English )

5. 个人陈述

（个人陈述必须用中文或英文书写；内容包括：自我介绍、学习经历及来华学习目的；字数不少于800字。）

Personal statement (Self-introduction, studying experiences and a study plan  should be included in Chinese language/English language, no less than 800   words)

6. 汉语水平能力证明

（申请人汉语水平须达到HSK4级，HSK未达4级者需在我校补习一年汉语。）

Certificate of Chinese language

Chinese Requirement: HSK≥level 4 Applicants whose HSK ≤ level 4 should       take extra Chinese Language classes in the school

7. 有效普通护照复印件

A copy of a valid passport

8. 无犯罪证明

No Criminal Record Commitment

（4）申请资格 Eligibility

①非中国籍公民，身体健康；

Non-Chinese citizens, in good physical and mental health

②截至2023年9月1日，来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；

Up to 1 September, 2023, applicants who apply for the master's scholarship    should get their bachelor's degree and be under 35 years old; Applicants      who apply for the Ph.D. scholarship should get their master's degree and be  under 40 years old

③成绩优秀，科研能力突出，汉语HSK4级或以上;

Applicants should have good academic marks and have outstanding capacity   in scientific research; HSK≥level 4

④非其他奖学金获得者。Without winning other scholarships.

（5）申请材料 Application Documents Required

申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料：

③经过公证的最高学历证明（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文译本，应届毕业生须提交预毕业证明）

④本科或硕士阶段全部课程的成绩单原件（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文译本）

Original academic transcripts of all master's degree or PhD courses.              (Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached     with notarized Chinese or English translations)

⑤两名教授或副教授的推荐信（中文或英文）

Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors(in            Chinese/English)  

⑥来华学习或研究计划，申请人必须提交用中文或英文书写来华学习或研究计划(硕士不少于800字，博士不少于1500字）

A study plan in English or Chinese(no less than 800 words for master's degree; no less than 1500 words for PhD)  

⑦研究成果，已发表的论文、获奖证书等能够证明自己学业成就和研究能力的资料

第1步：登陆下面网站，进行网上报名，长春中医药大学代码为：10199

第2步：完成留学基金委来华留学网上报名后，打印系统自动生成的《中国政府奖学金申请表》，按照“申请材料”清单的要求准备相应材料

Step 2: After completing the online application of the China Scholarship         Council, print the application form for the Chinese government scholarship   which the system automatically generates, and prepare related documents    according to the requirements of the list of “Application Documents”

第3步：邮寄所有申请材料至长春中医药大学国际学生招生办公室

Step 3: Mail all application documents to the international student admission office of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine

（7）录取和入学 Admission and Entrance

第一步：审核申请材料，通过材料审核后，招生办公室将组织相关专家进行网络或现场面试。最终录取结果将在7月15日左右公布（具体时间以国家留学基金管理委员会通知为准）

Step 1: Applicants will be selected according to the application documents     and interview. The first selection result will be seen in late April. The final      result will be seen on 15 July or so (see the China Scholarship Council's          notice)

第二步：入学时间为每年9月15日之前，具体时间以《入学通知书》为准

Step 2:The registration deadline is 15 September 2023 (See the admission      notice)

2. 吉林省政府奖学金  JILIN Government Scholarship

（1）报名截止日期：2023年5月30日。

Application Deadline: May 30, 2023

（2）招生对象：硕士研究生

Admission target: Master's degree
