关于开展留学生公寓安全检查工作的通知   

Notice on Carrying out Safety Inspection of International Students Apartments   

全体留学生：   

All Foreign Students:   

为规范留学生日常生活行为，保障留学生公寓区稳定和留学生安全，严防事故发生，经研究，决定开展留学生公寓安全检查工作。现将有关事项通知如下：   

In order to regulate the daily life of students and ensure the stability of foreign student apartment and safety, Prevention of accidents, we decided to carry out safety inspection of student apartments with research. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:   

一、检查时间Check the Time   

2017年11月22日13:30   

二、检查对象Check the People   

入住在留学生公寓入住的全体留学生   

All foreign students living in international student apartments   

三、检查内容Check the Content   

1、在留学生公寓内电器使用情况；   

Use of electrical appliances in student apartments;   

2、在留学生公寓内使用或存放易燃、易爆、易腐蚀、放射性等危险物品；   

Use or store flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive and other dangerous goods within the student apartment;   

3、在留学生公寓内使用明火（如焚烧物品、点蜡烛、点蚊香、燃放鞭炮，使用或存放煤气灶、煤油炉、酒精炉等）；   

Use open flames (such as burning items, lighting candles, spotting mosquito coils, firing firecrackers, using or storing gas stoves, kerosene stoves, alcohol stoves, etc.) ;   

4、在留学生公寓内使用或存放管制器具；   

Use or store control equipment in the student apartment;   

5、寝室卫生情况；   

Sanitary condition of the room;   

6、夜不归宿及私带异性进出寝室；   

Night doesn’t return home and private heterosexual access to the room;   

7、其它具有安全隐患的现象。   

Other potential safety problems.   

四、检查要求Check the Requirements   

1、检查期间，各寝至少有1名留学生在寝室；   

During the inspection, each room at least one student in the bedroom;   

2、学院对发现有安全隐患寝室的留学生进行说服教育，留学生须及时按要求进行调整，若一周内仍不更换，学院将严格按照《长春中医药大学留学生手册（试行）》执行。   

The college persuaded students to find dorms with potential safety problems，Students must be promptly adjusted as required，If not change in a week，College will be strictly in accordance with "Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Student Handbook (Trial)" implementation.   

3、本次检查将评选出5个优秀寝室，授予流动红旗奖励。   

This inspection will be selected 5 excellent bedroom, Awarded the mobile red flag award.   

希望留学生重视本次安全检查，特此通知。
